Joulutunnelmaa / Christmasy

Jouluksi tein tryffeleitä ja tietenkin kortteja.
I made truffles and cards for Christmas.

Joulukadun lämmitys pitää huolta siitä, ettei mitään niin jouluista kuin lumi pääse kerääntymään.

Lumisia iltoja / Evening snow

Napakka pakkanen piti huolen siitä, että maisemat olivat kuvauksellisia ja puiden oksat maahan asti taipuneita lumitaakkansa alla. Illan hämärtyessä himmeä valo loihti kuviin omaa tunnelmaansa.
The weather was cold, making everything wonderfully white, three branches bowing down to the ground under the weight of snow. As the evening grew darker, dim lighting created interesting effects in the photos.

















Uuttavuotta juhlittiin pääosin sisällä lämpimässä, ja tunnelmallisia kuvauskohteita löytyi sieltäkin, mm. herkkujen ja tinanvalannan merkeissä.
New Year's Eve's celebration took place mostly in the warmth of indoors, and there were atmospheric photos to be taken there, too, eg. the tasty treats and "casting tin" ( a New Year's tradition).






















Uudenvuodenyön täysikuu valaisi lumista maisemaa kauniisti, ja välilä aavemaisestikin. Valokuviin se loi erikoisia sävyjä.
